The
Word of Truth Ministries
Righteous Anger of God

The Bible has many mysteries in it. Some aspects
which many call mysteries are not mysteries at all, just complexities that
can be understood by sincere students of God s word who have had God to
open their understanding directly or through one with an open
understanding teaching them. [Lk. 24:45; Acts 8:30-39] The word of God is a book that is portable and adaptable
so that just about all situations we face in this life are addressed by
it directly or indirectly--if one is a student of God s word, he will
know how, through the light of God, to discern its application to the
situation before him. That ability is what I call saintly sensibility
that is appropriate for ministers. Sadly, many have been preaching for
years and are still babes in Christ and in the word; these have seen contradictions
in God s word where none exist. This is not confusion in God s word, but
incompetence in their understanding. Incompetence of itself need not be a problem if one
is willing to learn, but more times than not, the most incompetent ministers
are those too resistant to learn. [Prov. 28:29] Many have been in the
church behaving in ways that please themselves so long that many of them
actually think that they are pleasing God they never take time to examine
themselves by the word. [Prov. 16:25; 21:2; Jer. 29:8] And some are resistant
to learning because learning requires modifying and wearying the flesh,
and many are too carnal-natured to chasten their flesh, for it is the
flesh for which they now live, not God! [Eccl. 12:12; Rom. 8:7; Eph. 5:13;
2Tim. 2:15] But one must have a saintly sensibility to correctly
understand and apply God s word, lest there be misapplication and confusion for
a minister to be confused and be a leader of God s people, and not know
God s word is nonfeasance; not duly up to the level of competence he should
be at for the position he holds. Yet, sadly, that nonfeasance is widespread
and it should not be. Jesus was in conversation with Nicodemus and he
talked about the new birth, the wind and the elements of this earth, and
Nicodemus showed a deficient in his knowledge.
Jesus thereafter chided him, Art thou a ruler of the Jews and
know not these things? [John 3:10; 2 Tim. 2:15] Jesus wanted him to be
appropriately enlightened for the position he held over God s people.
Teaching the things of God is holy, godly work that may condition the
destination of souls and various rewards of saints. (I speak on one level,
not on the level of the sovereignty of God.) It must be done correctly,
and true ministers of God who are constant students of his word, ministers,
who consecrate themselves, and ministers who seek the face of God will
do this. Likewise, Paul chided the Hebrews teachers, saying,
When you aught to be teachers, you need others to teach you the first
principles of the oracles of God &.For one who uses milk is unskillful
in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid meat belongs
to him who is of full age, who, by reason of use, have their senses exercised
to discern both good and evil. As we live the word, study the word,
and have adventures with God, we will see that use of God s word to exercise
our senses. [Heb. 5:11-14] Ask yourself whether you really have excursions and
adventures with God; ask yourself whether you still have the adventures
you once had; ask yourself of the last time God moved on you in a direct
way into an adventure or excursion to really help his people, to cast
out an evil spirit, to give a true word to an individual. What adventures
have you had with God in which God has shown you visions and revelations,
God has illuminated his word not by reading a Bible Commentary? When was
the last time God took you into a humanly scary area of faith where you
put your trust in him and but for him, disaster would have loomed? When
was the last time you prayed until you, without a doubt, got an answer
directly from God? Today, far too many ministers and Christians who have been in the church for years have long since backslidden but remain in the church the ministers have no message from God; they have no anointing from God; they still have big voices, but God is no longer in their voices; they cannot teach God s people God s word, because they have lost the truth of God many years ago--they have allowed the little foxes to destroy their vines that were connected to God's truth; those vines with their tender grapes. And as those little foxes destroyed their vines, they never saw that those foxes, cute though they are, are canine--they are dogs, wolves at the far end of their phylum that they were to be aware of. [Sof S. 2:15; Acts 20:29; Phil. 3:12] Yes, they should be teachers, but they are not prepared
for the role they presently occupy. I see so many of these ministers
without portfolio from the Lord. And they are fearful of God s true
ministers because they know that God will expose them to the truth and
their sins will show. God s true ministers will expose their nonfeasance
in their positions, and their sins will show. They are so tragic, yet
they linger in the church for the money and other carnal benefits they
receive, never to allow God to wash them and make them clean; never to
put away the evil of their doing. They can never be washed unless
their sins are revealed. That is the first step to repentance and a return
to God. But many never intend to return to God. I wonder how many Christians who say they have the
light of God upon them and the spirit of God within them cannot see that
these preachers may have once been saved but are now sinners
and not anointed by God they are clouds without water, thunder without
lightning, smoke without fire. Many of these ministers have lost all they
ever knew of God s word. Most of their sermons come from books they have
not written and that have been written by men who are as unsaved as they
are. Hence, there is no light in their eyes, there is no meat in their
sermons, and they cannot teach the word of God. This is a tragic state
of much of the leadership and much of the church. This sickness needs
healing, for when the head is sick, the whole heart faints. [Isa.1:5]
This pollution and sickness at the top have harmed the body so that through
the sickness of the leadership, the saints are being harmed. [Isa. 9:16] This confusion was prophesied by the Apostle Paul,
when he was leaving the church to go to Rome, in Acts 20. This was a sad
time for the church because they would not see this mighty man of God
again and because of the sad word from God--notice, Paul was not talking
about the love of God, but the deception that was to come upon God's people.
My dear saints of God who are reading this word, I have a word from God
to the church, and the word is not happy times. My heart mourns as I see
evil men stand in holy places and block those who would tell the truth
of God to God s people. Paul told the church that when he left them, two types of wolves would come in and devour the church: minister wolves from without and minister wolves from within. This is exactly what is happening today. Men who have never been saved, never known God have come into the church because Christians are an easy prey to their deceptive ways; they preach a false doctrine of tithes and other schemes to New Testament saints in the name of God and make merchandise of God s people, but they have no knowledge of God or his word. Paul warned against these. [Phil. 3:2] But in spite of that warning, many saints have fallen asleep and prey to wicked men s deceptions. This mystery of iniquity is in full bloom in a many churches that once were holy temples of God, but are now polluted by unholy men. Then there are those from within the second and more deadly of the two; men who were once saved but are not now saved, yet they remain in the church. They are those we saw grow up before us and start their ministries. How they were once enlightened and anointed by God! But time and failed tests have taken their toll on them, yet they have remained in the church but not in God. Instead of growing, they have withered as a grape on a vine not to become a raisin in its sweetness, but to become just a dried up grape, undesired by God. And we have not looked closely enough to see them slide back into sin; we have not looked closely enough at their teaching to see that it was and is flawed. We have not looked closely enough to see that over the years, they have not gotten stronger in the Lord but weaker, as they fancy the things of this world. And in so getting weaker, they have removed the old
landmarks that God said not to remove. And in removing those old landmarks,
their sins have become invisible to those who follow them, because now
those people are blind and cannot find their way, for the way of God has
become confused by them--there are no longer those old landmarks! Therefore,
they cannot stand in the ways and see.... There is nothing there to see.
[Prov. 23:10; Jer. 6:16] Many saints of God have failed to be as honorable
as the Bereans, instead, we must be admonished as the Thessalonians, but
still we do not see that these failed and now false teachers take us down
the road to perdition with them. [Acts 17:10-11; 1 Thes.5:21] A few weeks ago, I was in dialogue with a Christian
minister in Georgia. The brother cited that my writing had an angry edge
to it, as if that was not good. I told him that I was glad he recognized
that, and I cited why that edge exists, and inquired of his angry edge.
When your eyes are open by God, you will start seeing the offenses
against God and God s people, and that will give you an angry edge if
you are a man of God! We have distorted the notions of Christianity and love
too long. Human sentimentality has gotten into the church and pawned itself
off as God s love. Even to the point that many poor ministers and saints
are pushing the love of God as the only aspect of God's nature. But to
paraphrase a lyric, Sometimes, I wish my
eyes were not open. And that is
a wish, I am sure, many ministers of God have wished. With sight comes
obligation and responsibility--Solomon said that much knowledge increases
sorrow. For the scripture says, To whom much is given much is required.
[Lk. 12:48] But my eyes, thank God, are open, and I see through the
eyes of God, and I am pained and angered that many ministers have beat
God's people to pieces and grind the faces of God s poor, making merchandise
of them. [Isa. 3:15; 2Pet. 2:3] I find it difficult for a man of God not to be angry
when seeing the sin that is commonplace among apostolic and church people
generally, or those who call themselves saved. My anger is that of God's. In Acts 20, Paul offers one of the most profound, yet
overlooked, prophesies in the Bible--a prophecy that is quite apropos
for today. He stated that when he shall leave grievous wolves shall enter
the flock and not spare them; he identifies two types of wolves that shall
attack the church: one from without and another from within. I submit
that the one from within is the most deadly because these are once-saved
men who are now not-saved (a condition that is plaguing the church leadership)
but they refuse to leave and work their sins outside the church as sinners
once did. Instead, they stay in the church, in their sins, acting as if
their state of sin is okay with God, and literally justify themselves
and sin, as they devour God s people. But I see the disgrace, the wounds, the bruises, the putrifying sores upon the body of Christ from the sole of the foot even unto the head; there is very little soundness in it--that beautiful body of Christ that God begot to save mankind from ourselves, to put us into as a bouquet of flowers unto himself, to take us back with him so that we can have the original fellowship with God that he intended us to have. These thieves and robbers of souls and futures have laid waste the beautiful body of Christ! diverted many from that place Jesus went to prepare into hell. [Isa. 1:6] IS THERE NO ONE WILLING TO CLOSE THESE WOUNDS, MOLLIFY WITH OINTMENT THESE SORES, TO PLACE BACK THOSE OLD LANDMARKS AND CLEAN UP THIS MESS? IS THERE NO ONE WHO WILL SET A STANDARD FOR THOSE WHO WOULD KNOW, PREACH, AND LIVE THE TRUTH? IS THERE NO ANGER ABOUT WHAT HAS BECOME OF GOD'S HOUSE? Dear saints in light, sin is in our camps, all of them.
This is true in PAW, AOH, COGIC, WAR, UPC, Baptist and Methodist churches,
Catholic Churches, Anglican Churches, TV and radio Evangelists, and various
other organizations--the list goes on. And since, as Paul says, no man
has hated his own flesh, these wicked ministers concoct flawed biblical
arguments that weakened-saints buy into--you may have read or heard that
in Chicago the saints there in an Apostolic Church did something about
their avarice minister/bishop: they reported him to IRS and that minister
may soon be spending some prison time. He was stealing their money through
the false teaching of tithes for New Testament saints and other money-making
schemes perpetrated against God s people. And all that money was going
directly into his pocket never to help the saints; always the pastor,
who usually needs less help than all other members of the church. (These
behaviors are disgraces to the body of Christ; they are putrefying sores
upon that body is it not time to be angry?) When these sinful ministers stay in the church and
preach their damnable doctrine that justifies sin in themselves and to
God s people, when they corrupt the word of God because most saints have
been kept babes and cannot discern the truth of God s word because they
are still using milk, these ministers make those who hear and adhere to
them twofold children of hell than they are themselves. That is their
danger; that is the reason they must be preached against and done
something with. They are killing God's people; does that not make you
angry, brother? In Los Angeles, the PAW bishop of California (and I
do not highlight PAW ministers, because others are doing the same.) was
running over people while driving drunk and having babies by young girls,
and the saints allowed him to continue in his position, saying they were
holding him up in prayer. Pray
for him yes, but move him from leadership, or they move themselves from
under him. Talking church talk has to go. God s saints in light
must act on God s word and become indignant with sinners
masquerading as saints. In Redwood City, CA an openly lesbian minister (AOH) stands boldly announcing that she is preaching God s word. Of course, she would never allow me in her church or give an audience to me in a discussion of God s word. Yet, many attend HER church as if it is God s church. The sins openly touted by these once-holy places can
go on, but enough citing of sin, lest it is glorified. Yes, I am angry,
and thank God I am. And thank God He is raising up learned and righteous
ministers who will are able the refute these charlatans who have bewitched
and abused the people. If we will not speak for the weak, who shall? God
uses men to carry on this work of the ministry, [2 Cor. 6:1] resultantly,
he is raising up his seven-thousand group of ministers who have the concern
of God as their concern, not a concern for money and not the need for
ego-gratification in lording over another man s servants. That was the
beauty of Samuel, and other men of God: he identified so totally with
God that an offense against God was an offense against him.
God is raising up those who are not given to the minute and momentary
pleasures of sin, but they see the harm done to His people, as wicked
men grind their faces into the dust. And be assured, God is angry with
the wicked every day. [1 Sam. 15; Psa. 7:18] If a minister has not sensed
God's anger, and His anger does not generate anger in that minister, I
suggest that minister shake/examine himself and associate himself with
the behavior of Samuel, John the Baptist, and other great men of God.
When souls are facing an eternal damnation and wicked men stand in their
way or help lead them there for the few morsels/thirty pieces of silver,
God is angry and so is every true minister of God and those saints who
are in light. Sometimes, the words of the poem seer in my mind:
"Sometimes I wish my eyes were not open!" That is often my condition; that is the cause for the angry
edge. There is a war going on, and many are not coming to the help of the
Lord to fight against the mighty, and know not that they are cursed, even
as Meroz was cursed. [Judges 5:23] We are supposed to be workers together
with God; therefore, we must have the mind and attitude of God. [1 Cor.
3:9; 2 Cor. 6:1] We play these naive games of mushy love, which is no
love at all. We don't want to be angry because in our naiveté we say that
it would not show God in his love role. Foolish men that we are; anger
is one type of energy, but the question is, What does one do with that
anger? Certainly Paul said be angry and sin not. [Eph. 4:26] That certainly
accommodates anger. Wise men of the ages and Martin Luther King, Jr.,
understood the positive nature of righteous anger properly channeled.
Dr. King stated that he was not trying to remove the righteous anger from
Black people but channel it. There is righteous anger, and he understood
that. I lament for those who are so blinded by this world and deceitful
ministers that they have not gotten angry with the conditions of the church
leadership a leadership that is leading many a poor soul into hell. Ah yes, the untutored minister, steeped in gestalts
of worldly sentimentality would argue, in this instance, that the love
of God would not allow poor souls to be led into hell by wicked men; God
is too merciful and righteous for that to occur. What ridiculousness of
understanding God s truth and reasoning the ways of God! Were their argument
sound, God would have no use for man as workers with him. There is a role
we [mankind] must play in this salvation drama. God has already taken
on a human body and died for the sins of mankind, now it is up to us to
propagate that truth; it is up to man to tell the truth and let the truth
be told to every creature so that truth can make them free. [Mark 16:15;
John 8:32] It is up to us to preach his word with all the fire, fervor,
and anointing of God that true ministers are supposed to have because
our eyes are open and we see the terror of God. We see that souls will
be lost because wicked men have crept into God s house and laid waste
the precious vine and fruit of the Lord. And, yes, the love of God notwithstanding,
it is up to us, his true ministers to snatch as many souls from the flames
of hell as possible, lest, the love of God notwithstanding, they will
surely go down to perdition! The great Apostle Paul said, knowing
the terror of God, I persuade men! [Joel 1:7; Luke 24:45; 2 Cor.
5:11; Jude 1:4] Paul recognized not only the love of God but the
terror of God as well. As a result of his knowledge of God, not just
God s love but all of God, he persuaded men to turn to God and others to
live for God. There is a terror to God that many of us need to wake up to!
It is human sentimentality that seeks to confine God only to the love side
of his nature. God is more than just love--the Lord is terrible when
angered, and we have angered God. Jeremiah was similarly situated as many righteous ministers are today. He was among false prophets who were lulling God s people to sleep with lullabies and songs, not God s word. So when he came along, the people of God did not want to hear him; they preferred their false prophets whom they knew and who said the right/wrong things that pleased their flesh. But Jeremiah had a word from God and his word was not good news; he said that God was not with him as love. Instead, God was with him as a mighty terrible one. [Jer. 20:11] Can you not see that Jeremiah was a like figure as true ministers of God today? Jesus said search the scriptures, for in them you think that you have eternal life and these are they that testify of me. [John 5:39] Jeremiah is an allegory for the condition of the church today. He testifies of Christ, as Christ the church, his body, and that is about him. When will we become angry with the sin in the ministry and do something about it? The failure to act is to find yourself cursed with Meroz! For he that knows to do go and does it not, to him that is sin. [Judges 5:23. James4:17]
